Maybe ms gave orders to tone down the exclusive 3rd party contracts(besides what was already worked out) and focus on their 1st party content.
Hopefully Spencer was given the green light to get some dormant stuff and new ideas off the table. Still puzzled why they chose Phantom Dust though

Phantom Dust has a cult like following.  From my understanding it is a very good game, just didnt have a chance to grow because MSFT didnt support it very well.  Phil Spencer just wanted to bring it back because they thought it was a  good game from what Ken Lobb said.  His question to the team was, was it good, not how good it sold.

Normally I would of voted for Final Fantasy XV but since that game is a ways out I'll go MGS V.

MS should nab Kojima and grant him a team. Could be a valuable asset.

Broken achievements and Project Spark go hand in hand..
