It's a great game so far, as in gameplay and story department, but EUGH to the technical side. I've heard Xbox One version (again, physical, not digital) also suffers from this.


In playing it on my bro's PS4 but I don't really notice it while I'm playing it. I'm in episode 2 and finished half of it.

Yeah it was xD  I will put my mic in next time though.  My biggest problem was trying to do anti-air with Riptor.  She doesnt seem to have a good anti-air counter that I've found yet so I will have to work on that.  Im sure she does, i just dont know yet. But yeah, I would def love to practice more with you and try to learn Jago a little more. 


It was one move you kept hitting me with i couldn't guess what it was lol. Everytime I was like damn it what is he hitting me with. I have to get the new season soon. You have to learn that cancel shit with Sabre too. It's good and confusing. I see we both need to work on getting out of the corner and i have to hit my manuals better.

I didn't even know there was a physical version. Is there one for Revelations 1 too? Always thought they were both digital titles.

There's no online per se. Just a bunch of daily missions and leaderboarding things; this game is purely a singleplayer affair, with an interesting (offline!) co-op added to it.

I'd say go for it. The story is great, and you can rank up some more hours in Raid Mode if you're craving for more. Just...don't let those issues annoy you.

Indeed, they both have physical versions. It just happens that, getting the physical version of Revelations 2 automatically grants you every single DLC they've put this past month, unlike purchasing it digitally, where you'd have to get everything individually (that being said, digitally is much cheaper).

I might be wrong, but as far as I can tell, there's only one online achievement, and you can do it by only having the console connected to the internet (you have to give an evaluation of an online item, nothing more)

I'd suggest The Evil Within. It's not scary in terms of doing cheap jumpscares, but rather, it builds a nice, strong and suggerent atmosphere.

But of course, I also suggest playing Revelations 2. This one, though, isn't that scary. Kinda on the levels of Resident Evil 6, although the setting is nicely done here.

I'm glad to see that you enjoyed The Evil Within. I haven't played it yet but it was one of my most anticipated games of 2014 so it's good to see people enjoyed it. I'll be picking it up in May probably.

I know some people in this thread didn't enjoy it, but The Evil Within is my favourite 2014 game.

Yeah I've heard some bad things about the game but usually if I want to play the game pre launch then there isn't much that's gonna stop me from buying it. However, I will admit that originally I intended to buy it day one but I did hold off for a price drop or two once reviews came in.
