You need a lot of points from the online to get to the highest level, but since you're playing the game now, pretty much only the best people are playing, although, a lot of people may be playing it due to it being free. It's those daily and weekly challenges that are a pain. 

To me, Rayman is just as good IMO. xD 

Rayman had some hard levels and like Kinis said they do recycle a lot of the levels in Legends. If you can get it on the cheap, it's still worth it IMO.

Damn bike has shit controls, and if you fly off the bike it's an auto reset. Race is like 5 minutes too, rubber banding, and cheap aggressive racers.

I think it's the opposite. It generated a lot of good buzz especially in the developers community.

With ease of porting from PC to Xbox and the possibility of devs tapping into three big markets(X360/1, Mobile, PC) at once is great. There'll be more possibilities of exclusives/ports, mainly from Japanese devs that are wary of lack of market just on Xbox.

I think that Xbox integration into W10 ecosystem is a stroke of genius from MS.

It gives developers an immense market to publish their games, without the need to port to competition.

The common reason read here as to why Japanese devs are afraid of publishing on Xbox is that, it's community is apathetic towards their games. Well, from now on if they choose to publish with MS/W10, their games will be on Xbox 360 & 1, Mobile(tablet,phones) and PC. How much more exposition to their products do devs can dream of, from a couple of "copy, paste" moves?

If Xbox Store catches steam and become successful, believe that exclusives won't be a problem.
Especially, if MS releases TMCC and other 1st party AA as Xbox Store exclusive.
