Hopefully this fix can start to build some momentum heading towards Halo 5. It's been a bad few months, but they can have some community events and bundles to get the ball rolling. The MCC rightfully received criticism, but it's such a big fan service that you can literally play all gen long if you wanted.

Great I will buy MCC later this month after exams are over so I am going to play the fixed version of MCC. yipee

Community events are definitely needed for MCC.

And as for Halo MCC, I definitely plan on playing it forever lol.  Will probably play both Halo 5 and MCC equally.

So now Halo MCC is fixed should MS give it a marketing push I mean they don't have any big games coming so it might help them

They should at least have some sort of packed trailer, featuring the relic map and odst expansion.

They definitely need to make it known that it's fixed and that additional items are releasing for it this spring.

I think Halo3: ODST might help if 343i advertises the hell out of it. Many people like me never played ODST, if I didn't already have TMCC, that would've been my cue.

Yes they need to make a push maybe they will be available to clear negative news surrounding it and get more sales.

it's a great read and sets up Halo 5 in a really, really cool way.
