Look on the bright side. The wait gives you time to get ONE of the next gen consoles, so you can play that ONE game. ;)

Rayman legends is looking good! Limited achievements, "sharper visuals," and lack of loading screens. Again, not sure why this is $60... but I'm buying. Here's the Gamespot article:

Rayman Legends for Xbox One, PS4 kills loading times thanks to power of new consoles

Ubisoft says technical ability of new consoles affords a "seamless experience"; release date brought forward to February 18.

The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of Ubisoft's colorful platformer Rayman Legends will launch on February 18 in North America, one week ahead of their previously scheduled February 25 release dates, Ubisoft announced today. The game now launches in Europe on February 20.

Rayman Legends was originally announced as a Wii U exclusive, but has since seen release on a multitude of platforms, including the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and PlayStation Vita.

It is a sequel to 2011's Rayman Origins, which was widely praised by critics.

Rayman Legends for the Xbox One and PS4 will include numerous features and content not found in the other versions, including new Far Cry, Assassin's Creed, and Splinter Cell-inspired playable characters available to players in the Heroes Gallery.

In addition, both new versions of the game feature "even sharper" visuals thanks to the power of the Xbox One and PS4. The enhanced power of the new machines has also allowed Ubisoft to do away with loading times when players enter or exit a level, lead designer Emile Morel said.

"Jumping in and out of a level has never been faster and it's a great feeling to have such a seamless experience," Morel said. "Navigating in the game now feels smoother and your gaming experience is never stopped by loading transitions."

On the Xbox One, you'll be able to earn 10 time-limited achievements by completing a set of challenges in a limited amount of time, in this case one week. These are in addition to the existing standard achievements carried forward from the Xbox 360 version.

Meanwhile, the PS4 version of Rayman Legends uses the DualShock 4's touchpad to enable an all-new camera mode that players can use to snap screenshots and share them with friends. The game also employs the touchpad as a means to allow you to virtually scratch in-game tickets. A scratching sound will even emit from the DualShock 4.

Finally, the PS4 version of Rayman Legends includes Remote Play support, allowing users to play the full game on their PS Vita. For more on Rayman Legends, check out GameSpot's review.

Too bad this isnt coming to XBO as well

Greetings Chicken Chasers!

Can you believe Fable Anniversary will be launching in UNDER 4 weeks? We’re just as excited as you are and with launch moving ever closer we’re very pleased to announce an important milestone in the lead up to launch.

Fable Anniversary has gone GOLD! That’s right, physical copies of the game are being created as we speak and will be winging their way to retailers shortly.

If that’s not quite enough to have you scrambling to your nearest retailer to pre order, how’s about some exclusive new content?

We’re excited to announce that by ordering from selected retailers you’ll also be able to get your hands on one of the following packs:

Peiratēs Pre Order Pack

Peiratēs Outfit

Peiratēs was a famous plunderer, known for travelling uncharted waters to take entire cargo ships hostage for their most expensive items. He was also known by the name "Pete" in less formal circles.

Peiratēs Cutlass

A weapon used at sea needs to be both practical and effective. Peiratēs spent years refining this weapon so that the hook could be used to catch fish, the tip could be used to eat fish, and the blade could be used to slit a man's throat.

Snowspire Pre Order Pack

Snowspire Guard Outfit

Made from genuine horse hair, this outfit is said to calm even the most vocal of criminals.

The Jackarse

An age-old popular pasttime was run by a chap named Jack, who used to slap people around the face with a dead fish until they fell onto their arse. The rest, as they say, is history...

Apollo's Pre Order Pack

Apollo's Outfit

Apollo is the pseudonym for the leader of The Grey Company, the man responsible for monitoring Lady Grey's financial investments. As fearsome as that may sound, he had a reputation for being incredibly nice, often using his own money to bail out any villager that couldn't afford that months rent.

Apollo's Crossbow

Based on a centuries old concept, Apollo wanted to create a modern crossbow with the feel of a relic from the past - and thus this crossbow was born. Dependable in combat, but also pretty tasty to look at.

So, be sure to keep an eye on your favourite retailers to find out which will be offering each content pack in the near future! And for the collectors among you, don’t panic, we’re collectors too and we’ll be making these items available for purchase on the Xbox Game Store later in the year.

I've decide to get the Xbox One first, it will probably be my primary next gen console. I get the feeling we'll see MS stay the course this gen in trying to get the Japanese on board. Also FF XV and KH3 are both coming to Xbox One so I'll at least have my Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy fix. I've already said this before but I plan on just buying a PS4 and then trading it for a Xbox One that way it saves me 100 bucks.
