I can't find the last smartphone on the first island, so annoying.

Do I need to do some mission or something, to open the building (dunno).

This seems to be the operation site for these enemies. Anyone can help me?

You playing Sunset Overdrive? I haven't started it yet but looked it up and it mentioned part of a storyline to get in it.

I've collected everything on this island besides that phone, I was going insane looking for it.

Np it mentioned a Farmer's Fong building if that's the one I'm thinking of.

Either way I'm doing this on the wrong order, catching stuff with xpto moves before I got the higher jump.. facepalm.
