Has anyone bought the Forza Horizon 2 DLC? I tried at about 4 AM last night and nothing

Edit!!!!!!!!!!!!!: Found it under search--> Forza Horizon 2---> All the way over, called, " Forza Horizon 2: Storm Island" Priced at $19.99 (half off if you have VIP access). 

Kinda wish it was front and center under new add ons... oh well. 

Edit (2): Size of the file is ~3GB Makes sense for a map expansion though.

Nope, not really worth it. The game was okay, not great.

So, how do I access this Storm Island DLC I just purchased?

Can't find the new events or vehicles or anything about the dlc in the game at all.

Thanks! Good to know. I purchased it over an hour ago and was searching all over on how to access it.
