I am on a Adventure game binge right now, what is good other than All the Telltale games and valiant hearts?

I think they just got busy with other projects, Jade Empire, Mass Effect, and Dragon Age. Then EA started Bioware Austin and had them make SWTOR, which is sort of KOTOR 3, but it's not really the KOTOR 3 that everyone was dreaming of. But now that EA has bought the exclusive rights to make Star Wars games for the next 10 years Bioware is supposedly working on another Star Wars game. It may not actually be KOTOR since SWTOR is kind of KOTOR 3, they could be working on something else in the Star Wars universe, probably an RPG though since that's mostly what Bioware makes. It'll probably be 2 years at least before it releases though, Bioware Edmonton would likely be the ones developing it, and they just now finished Dragon Age: Inquisition. A small team may have been doing pre-production work for the last year or so since EA got the Star Wars rights, but it'd just now be entering full production.

MS needs to get another exclusive for next year imo. Fallout 4 would be huge if they could swing it, not sure if it's releasing next year though, Bethesda didn't announce it at the Game Awards last week and Bethesda generally announces games a year or more before they release so that they have adequate time to build hype. It could possibly be announced at E3 and released in Q4 though.

I would love to see Fallout 4 for the Xbox only. But that could be too popular of a game unless MS would shell out a huge ton of cash. I'm not sure how much a good exclusive like that would cost. At least a couple hundred mil or more? I'm not a PC hater or anything but I wish MS would get exclusives that doesn't come out on PC. That's like saying what's the point in getting an Xbox if it eventually goes on another platform (DR3, TF, Ryse). Mass Effect 4 could be another nice one to get, wasn't the first one Xbox exclusive?

Good win for the Xbox, would of been sad if it only won by 10k.

No way that was true, also think about how fast he released that crap, it was clearly an attempt to take the attention away from the real sales.

Also Halo MCC is working flawlessly right now.

If you're a Sherlock Holmes fan, Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments is a good adventure game, I gave it an 8/10. I've heard good things about D4 but I haven't got to play it yet myself. Don't think there are any other adventure games on Xbox One right now, more are coming in the future though. On PC Broken Age is a good aventure game, the first episode has been out for awhile and the second and final episode is releasing early next year.

Thanks, I got to to remember to pick up D4, it looked really good. As for pc I don't game on pc.

For Xbox One, 360, or both?

One that a friend praised that I haven't jumped into yet is a rerelease called Syberia (360 arcade).  Haven't gotten around to playing it yet.

I still have both so either is fine. Syberia looks great wil have to pick that one up to.

Yeah Microsoft definitely put in a lot of effort to make the Xbox One a very appealing product for the holiday season, they deserved some payoff for that.

Hopefully they'll keep up the momentum through the rest of the year and into 2015.

MS needs to keep some sort of price drop, even if it is 379 with a game, then come Oct/Nov next year all hell will break loose. If all the rumors are true in Q3/Q4 we will have Halo 5, Gears collection, Phantom Dust, KI Season 3, Tomb Raider, and probably another year end price slash.

I still think MS needs to try harder in Europe, so far they only seem to care about N. America and the UK. Neglecting everywhere else.

Only way they can sell better in Europe is if they rebrand themselves as Playstation :P
