Forums - Microsoft - Xbox Empire - New thread up soon!

Some of the online issues don't seem to be because of the sheer amount of players killing the servers and more like servers doing other stuff as they should for matchmaking (as example the 4vs3 players stuff you read all the time).

Don't really know much about this but I have the feeling much of the problems are self-made and wouldn't be there if they would have tested it better before release.

If December would be the wrong time to release a game like Kalimba then yes, they shouldn't release it then even if XBO would have 0 "Indie games" yet (But Kalimba isn't an indie game). Releasing games as fast as possible just for the sake of it is stupid, it can kill potential sales for a game and with that also every chance for predecessors even if the game is awesome.

Who knows what would have happened with some so successful indie games on 360 if MS wouldn't have released them as Game of Summer games or something like that.

But I have no idea if December is a good or bad time to release these kind of games on console so that I can also not say if they should release it later or not. I find it also crazy to sell all the big retail games in the same few month every year but developers still do that all the time and it seems to work at least for the good ones.

Well 'ready for release' I mean with no issues and an endproduct like they imagined it....Delayingto make it better... fine...
Delaying to have an exclusive later ..No please..

Guess who is back???? :D mods the vacation is over the prince of mischief is back ;p

Hold on just kidding, I'll try not to crush any green uglies... Especially with how ever more sensible the ban hammer is becoming around here these days... Keep it up and it'll be a mod only website haha (I tease I tease)

Anyway lets talk about the best gaming console this Holliday season, how good does it feel to have bet on the right horse for great games this end of the year when you couldn't afford the ultimate dream to own each and every system at the same time? Still working on my ever increasing backlog (damn you game with gold, and deal with gold)... But I got to try a few of the new stuff... And I've got to say I nigh just cover the series I plan on following and cut short on the stand alone franchise of the 360... Or just run through the Mai quest to keep up with the story on minors (to me) franchise....

Beside what's coming on the Indy side ???

So if you guys go on MCC, go to the timed leaderboards for Halo 4, and go to Legendary;Requiem;Co-Op, who do you see as 1?

Won bet with t3mporary_126 - I correctly predicted that the Wii U's LTD at the end of 2014 would be closer to 9 million than 10 million. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=6673287

Your answer has absolutely nothing to do with what I said but ok?

It's about if December is the right time because of to expected sales for this game  and not about exclusives in 2015 or whatever. That is bad, yes, but if December would be a bad time because of all the other games releasing now then they should definitely release it later even if it's already done. It needs good sales so that we can get predecessors of good games (no idea if it will be a good game)

"The Studio currently has several unannounced original IP in development"

Regarding Press Play. Fantastic, they're fast becoming a real asset to Microsoft.

Also Jay, you should promote Kalimba and its release date!
