I was wondering earlier how I suddenly had an extra 50 points on Ryse despite not buying any DLC lol. Turns out I had 1000 executions so it unlocked Trueblood for me even without owning the DLC

Probably Sega since they published it. Not seeing it on the list of Microsoft owned IP's on wikipedia.
