Well, I could point out that Sony was just caught advertising that Grand Theft Auto V was an exclusive to the PS3 in a certain region and that Sony Pictures was caught making up a fake critic to give their movies good reviews for their advertising (and had for years) and that some of them might actually be be PR people.  But I will not do that, it could be consider inflammatory.  No, I didn't say anything like that. 

But I will just say, yes, and they eat up all our ice cream!

They didn't advertise it as an exclusive. Just because it shows the PS3 logo doesn't mean it's exclusive. So because they end the Call of Duty commercials with the Xbox logo, this means Microsoft is advertising Call of Duty as an Xbox exclusive? Sony bought that advertising, why the hell would they tell people it's on Xbox? Oh and please don't make me bring up the fact that Microsoft was caught listening in on Skype conversations. This was most likely a lie, because Microsoft is such a sweet sweet company. Let's face it, both companies use dirty tactics, but to only call Sony out on these tactics is plain fanboyism.

I was refering to the one they were caught about 2002ish and had been going on for 4+ years prior.  I may have know or not have know one of the guys that was used for part of the name.

Oh, I think we are talking about something else on the Grand Theft Auto V, they appoligized.  It was in a market where I thought they had pretty good domination anyway - so strange.

2001 - they were caught

2005 - they had to pay a fee or something to the people who watched the movie. don't know the full details.
