As the title says im stuck, i did both surveys and now i have the "to do" icon with the $30 code, i click it and pops up enter pin? what pin? where's my money?

I already did it. Just click where it says "Redeem" or something like that. After a long time (for some weird reason) the page will load with the code you put on the menu of the 3DS eshop.

Edit: for some reason the first time I clicked redeem it gave to me option to send the card to my fake address. I click on it again and it gave me the code like normal.

Yeah for some reason it took a long time for the page to load. Just wait a bit, if after a while nothing appears then I think you should call Nintendo.
