I see that as many games i like on my phones require an online connection.

I actually just sold my copy of MAG yesterday :D Luckily this was only announced today or EB games wouldn't have taken it.

Servers eventually shut down but that doesn't mean people didn't get their money's worth.

At least they're announcing this six months in advance, reather than closing servers 3 weeks later like EA does. I was seriously considering MAG and SOCOM 4. I would assume Resistance 1 and 2 are up next to get shut down given the franchise is dead at this point. On another note, is Warhawk still going strong ie. not in danger of closing, and are there any PSP/PS2 games online at this point?

WOW have both games and I am not happy! I have played both a lot though so I got my moneys worth. Damn never to play them ever again though, wow! Idk MAG is cool but very old. Socom 4 has insane graphics but what a disappointment the multiplayer is no matter how you slice it. They *%&*ED up the game. I wont miss being killed by all those bombs. The game supplied you with to many ways to blow up other players, making the game a horrible mess! They probably need to die because of the low number of people actually playing which is sad.

No one plays them, I jumped in a game of MAG last week and it was only half full and I run into the same players over and over. That tells me its dying....Sony should have given the game away on Ps plus to re ignite the flame.

I was not expecting SOCOM 4. I'm really sad here :(
