Wait a sec......PS4 is getting wind and waves that PC and X1 aren't getting?

That sounds.....like the dumbest thing I've ever heard

I think PC will have too based in your config.

well, in the past sony paid for 60 minutes extra gameplay. now there is no extra gameplay because they paid for this instead lol

or the pc version will have the same physics but then ubisoft shoudn't call it exclusive on ps4.

Wait a minute.

Is this superior graphics and physics for PS4 vs the X1, or PS4 versus current gen?

Vs Xbone if I understood correctly.

So I can expect the fish to move out of my way?

Damn, with that amount of GFLOPS I expect bloody sharks to move out my way. ;)

Sounds like a very tangible difference.

The sea itself shall part to make way!

PS4 games will most likely have better framerates or at least more stable ones compared to One games as far as multiplats go. The 3rd parties could at least give us that with the more powerful GPU. It shouldn't take much to upgrade since they have similar architecture. 60fps would be most welcome if other things have to be held back for the sake of the One. It may end up being a blessing in disguise since that'll be the easiest thing to upgrade and is more noticeable than a little more particle or wind effects to me at least.
