i wouldn't say easily.  maybe for you but i can't do anything easily in windows 8. 

..and even if it was easy it is a fundamentally flawed product that requires hours of user customization to make it palatable.

 

but if you want to link me to some instructions on how to replace window's 8 interface with something better i would appreciate it.

I've never really used any kind of guide for doing it, but I can't imagine you'd find it hard to find given how many people dislike Win8's interface, myself included. Google something like "classic shell windows 8 guide", and i think you'd be fine.
