This is what I meant. It solved my resolution problem, but it was classified under "restoring to default settings"

If you select (Settings) > (System Settings) > [Restore Default Settings], you can reset the password to [0000]. Note that all other settings will also be restored to their default values.

holding the power button does nothing other than reset your display settings, so it wont work for this problem.




Man, that was annoying. It's reset now and up and running, thanks!

And just for the record, this wasn't funny, though only because he failed so hard.  It would have been funny if he set the game and movie restrictions but he only set the internet restrictions so he failed.
