Yeah I'm now getting back into pokemon by playing all the old ones on my phone with emulators. I think I may buy a 3ds sometime next year for these games and some others.

I do have a question for you if you have played the DS pokemon games. Which ones are the best for the DS? My mom had gotten a DS maybe 4-5 years ago, I'm not sure, and I'm wanting to buy some of the DS pokemon games.

i would go with eihter black& white or black & white 2

Those were the ones I was looking at most, but I like seeing what other people have to say as well.  I may just do black and white and then do black and white 2 later.

Black/White is way better than Pearl/Diamond in my opinion.  Pearl/Diamond is probably my least favorite in the series actually.  I haven't played B/W 2 but people say it is better than B/W which I think is prob the best pokemon game along with Silver/Gold.

Cool thanks.  I'm trying to find a good place to get them fairly cheap without getting them used.  Amazon still has black and white at $40, but B/W2 are about 20 each so I may go for them first.  Plan on ordering them tonight.
