Find me a quote that they've used the XBO pad, then I'll deal with it, until then it's one persons opinion

It also means that it's better than the 360 controller which is amazing news. Also, since the new XBox controller looks similar to the 360 one I doubt the small changes will make it "the best game controller" he ever put his hands on. Anyway, it's his opinion that's all.


The XBO is nothing like the 360 controller except in general look of the layout, in the same way the PS4 pad looks similar to a DS3.  Time will prove which is better though as people get to grips with both pads.

Which positive feedback about cloud? The feedback are about dedicated servers... not the cloud itself... MS failed to show what "cloud" is until now.

Oh, another dev saying PS4 is easy to develop for (finally, MS is there since ever) and praising the controller.
Welcome to business.
In Germany we say "Wes Brot ich ess, des Lied ich sing" meaning I say everything the person who gives me money wants me to say. According to google the saying in english is "He who has the gold makes the rules.".
This won't be the last one saying this and it still has no meaning. Devs also praised PS3 before launch how easy it would be to develop for and we knew were that ended. But I think PS4 will definitely be easier to develop for than PS3 which shouldn't be a very big accomplishment.

Yes, it was epic at a show with a trailer where graphics were shown that PS3 has yet to achieve, IIRC :)

He sounds ignorant. 

Anyway, the PS4 architecture is very familiar apparently. You probably know better than I do. So I doubt that it'll be difficult. The Cell was something new.

And about the controller if it was just sucking up, he would have said that the controller was amazing or something like that. He wouldn't have said that it was the best he's ever tried.

I edited my first post but it makes me love to see that you know the exact rules of what people say when they get paid to say what they have to say ;)

I already said that PS4 will be easier to develop for because it can't get worse, only better.

I'm not saying that he's for sure honest, but in my experience when someone says item X is amazing it's very expected and not a big surprise that he's been bought or sucking up. When someone says that item X is the best he's ever tried it's usually the real deal. Anyway, lying or not many are saying that it's better than the DS3 which is good enough for me.
