According to google the saying in english is "He who has the gold makes the rules.". This won't be the last one saying this and it still has no meaning. Devs also praised PS3 before launch how easy it would be to develop for and we knew were that ended. But I think PS4 will definitely be easier to develop for than PS3 which shouldn't be a very big accomplishment. |
