So now that the 3DS VC is temporarily back to releasing games, especially game gear games, I need folks to tell me what's worth getting. My cousin had one back in the day, but the crappy battery life meant we only played Sonic 2. I've recently purchased Shining Force II, and am eyeing Mean Bean Machine or Columns, but please let me know what other game(s) I should keep an eye out for. For reference sake, I'm not a big Sonic fan (sorry Smeags!).

Shinobi, and probably Shinobi II (didn't play it). They are completely new games, unlike Streets of Rage and others that are watered down genesis ports. Both have OSTs by Yuzo Koshiro.

Games 3DS VC has that I'd recommend: Sonic The Hedgehog, Tail's Adventures, Shining Force II: Sword of Hajya.

Games 3DS vc doesn't have that I'd recommend: Sylvan Tale, Ristar.
