Criterion ... well, I mean not really. But I am annoyed I haven't had a Burnout game (I like) since 2004.
Square Enix, for never making a game I'm remotely interested in.

Nintendo, they keep releasing the same bullshit when they could do a 3d pokemon rpg already, it would hard to develop but if they weren't so lazy they could get it done in 2 years and sell 10mill no problem

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.
EA. Their games often look good, but more often under-deliver. I think the last game I enjoyed by EA was Burnout 3 for the original Xbox... I think that was almost 10 years ago. Other than that, no other game from EA has stood out to me.

lol

My hate usually gets directed at the publisher, not the developer. But I'll try my hand at this regardless.
Team Ninja - This one is easy. Screwing up Ninja Gaiden is bad, but screwing up Metroid is an unforgivable sin. Isn't Other M their most acclaimed game of the seventh generation, too? Man, these guys are horrible. The Fatal Frame and Nobunaga's Ambition dev teams should be getting far more recognition within Tecmo-Koei.
Rebellion - Their best game is Sniper Elite V2. Most of their seventh-gen games flat-out suck.
Nihilistic - They probably didn't deserve so much hate since every project Sony foisted on them was doomed to fail. But their games failed so spectacularly that I can't give much sympathy.
Ruffian Games - Crackdown 2 had the potential to be the best first-party Microsoft game ever (in my eyes). The final product was a reskin of the original with zombies added. Hands down one of the generation's biggest disappointments.

It doesn't really matter. Your points didn't really make much sense anyway. Nintendo doesn't keep releasing the same stuff. The games that they release that is the same over and over is the stuff that sells really well (because that's what the consumers want from those games).
However, there are plenty of games where they changed a lot and even have new IPs. It's ridiculous to assume that Nintendo (actually Game Freak) is being lazy with current pokemon games. If you were actually working with the team that makes the games, you would know better than to say it's lazy.
Game Freak (not really Nintendo) has its reasons for not making pokemon into that kind of game. Pokemon games already sells 10mil no problem.
EA for being penny-pinching hacks and running good franchises into the ground.

They are a publisher (mainly) and a developer. So you thought you were right but you are actually wrong.
