Forums - Sales - Recession hit home... I'm gonna part with my precious little collection

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

After being unemployed for several months it's time to garner some extra income and I've decided to sell what's left of my game collection. It's not very impressive but it should make me a couple of hundred bucks to get me through the oh so beautiful Dutch summer. (global warming my ass)

So, as a farewell to them, I present: my babies.

Sweet ass collection! Quality stuffs. I would be devastated to have to let all of that go.
I guess you're keeping Final Fantasy X?

And hope you get through this hardship quickly. Best of luck, man.

Parasite Eve..now that was a cool game.

I had to make this hard decision some years ago. Parted with my nes/snes/genesis and loads of games.

D: Sorry for your loss

That's sux dude, I'm really sorry about your situation. I'm parting way with 80% of my collection also but in a good way though.

Man don't do it! I've had some rough times about 5 years ago, and never once considered selling my collection.

There has to be another way!

Edit: Are those ntsc by any chance?

Platinumed Destiny, Vanquish, Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus, Catherine, and Metal Gear Rising. Get on my level!!

What a shame :(

IMO you should keep Final Fantasy VI, and Bard's Tale.

Edit: check the disc xD

Seriously don't do it. You'll end up rebuying them at 10x the price in a few years.

Dude, don't make it tougher then it has to for him. If he really have another way he wouldln't choose to get rid of something he really love. Plus we don't know if he have a family to take care of so this decision is absolutely the right one. Most time being a responsible adult is more important then video games.

I trust he will make the right decision.

do you have a car? I'd sell that instead and buy a bicycle.
