They also said the Titanic couldn't sink... but it did. Anything can happen. I really think, If they make the motion controls for the ps2 with crappy mini games etc, then the Wii could get hurt a tiny bit... that would be the only one to afflict any pain on the wii. People like the wii so it's safe.
This won't hurt the Wii at all. For one the Wii is already out there and in the minds of the people as the thing to have and most people will never even hear about this thing.

And by Titanic, you should be refering to the Sony brandname attached to the 120 million plus selling PS2.

Most important reason why the Darwin won't hurt Wii sales.
The Darwin will need a great game to come with it, like the Guitar controllers for Guitar Hero. But their design process didn't start with that.
