Every now and then I check whether this thread is still alive. I'm not sure why but it's weirdly touching to always see his thread still active after my brother passed away. So thankyou.

Wait, you had a brother and they used to visit the site?.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Oh, the feelings

I wish he were still here if only to take care of the news ;).

Wait what. I wasn't even aware that the guy passed away. I always assumed he'd gone off somewhere else around the net.

This shit is heavy already.

Well, we never had an official confirmation, but given how active he was, it was strange to see him disappear from VGC, Twitter and Steam all of a sudden.

And yes, it's very sad.

Oh damn, I had no idea...I presumed something bad happened, something life changing, but not...that. Really sad.

To lighten the mood:

EA finally bundled the Mass Effect 2 + 3 DLCs and put them on Origin... no need to buy them separately for BioWare points anymore.

www.pcgamer.com/mass-effect-2-and-3-dlc-bundles-finally-pop-up-on-origin

Sure, both bundles are still overpriced, but I'm expecting a price cut in one of the next Origin sales.

I heard very good things about Lair of the Shadow Broker, but never got to play any of those DLCs because EA decided to not make a GOTY/Complete edition of the Mass Effect games. I'll be looking forward possible sales but with no hurry, I'm not going to play them again anytime soon.
