The news, part 2:

A couple of weeks ago, a message went up on the Godus forums alleging that designer Konrad Naszynski had been let go from 22 Cans—a few months ago, actually—and that work on the game had stalled. No official word about his departure had come out of the studio, but his forum profile listed him as “former” staff, giving weight to the rumor. And now CEO Simon Phillips has confirmed with Eurogamer that Naszynski is indeed out, although he said that work on the game continues.

The System Shock Kickstarter is live, and in what should come as absolutely no shock (get it?) to anyone these days, Chris Avellone is taking part. Not as a stretch goal, which is a bit of a break in the pattern, but right from the get-go, “to help shape and direct the existing narrative of System Shock.” The launch of the Kickstarter means the demo is now available, and we've got the system requirements for you as well.

Windows Phone has at last got its official Steam app. "Hold the press," you say. "That'll be big news for all four people with a Windows phone, but why are we talking about apps?" Well, this "initial, limited functionality, release" plugs a substantial gap in Valve's campaign to get everybody using Steam Guard two-factor authentication.
ROAD REDEMPTION RELEASE DATE NAILED DOWN

The Kickstarted arcade racer Road Redemption has its final release date: October 15.
That's a good way off its target of August 2014, but Road Redemption has been in Early Access since September 2014 and is sitting pretty on a 'Very Positive' Steam rating.
Please excuse my bad English.
