Valve's next announcements should be their controller, and the third should be Source 2.0 (OpenGL based) and Left 4 Dead 3 to go with it.

No half-Life 3?

Sadly no, from the recent leaks we know L4D3 is in full active development alongside Source 2. HL3 won't be any time soon I don't think.

You know I wonder if once the PS4 is hacked, you will be able to install SteamOS on it. It is x86 plus GCN and I belive that AMD's Linux drivers are open source so concievably support could be hacked in lol. Imagine dual booting PS4/SteamOS lol. XBone would be a bit more complicated with it's eSRAM I imagine. Probably won't happen tho. What would be even more amazing if Sony added other OS support for it like they did with the PS4 but I doubt they would like people buying games to play on the system that they aren't getting a cut off, maybe near the end of the cycle once they are making a profit on hardware.

I think half-life 3 is going to be like the FF7 remake (IE fans complaining, and no real evidence of it's existence) :).

The Dead Linger Coming To Steam With New Engine

By Nathan Grayson on September 24th, 2013 at 12:00 pm.

The dead just won’t go away. I’ve tried calling a re-exterminator, setting out traps with bait, asking them very nicely – everything. But still, they linger. I can’t complain too much, though. I mean, The Dead Linger really does have quite a lot going for it, what with its planet-sized sandbox of undead survival, fully interactable environments, and wrenches that are used not for wrench things but for merciless bopping. The only problem? It is a bit creaky and kind of entirely hideous. Or at least, it was. Fortunately, those lingering (and perhaps occasionally walking, and hopefully thriller-ing) dead are in for a major face-lift. Developer Sandswept has announced that alpha update 10 is coming to Steam Early Access, and it’ll be sporting a fresh new coat of sticky red paint to mark the occasion.

Has anyone been playing morroblivion? Just moved in to a new flat, have to wait a week to get Internet access. Can't wait to boot up skyrim and mod the shit out of it again.

Also Rome 2, ah good times ahead :D

Intel core i7 930 OC @ 4.0 ghz

XFX Double dissipation Radeon HD 7950 356 bit 3gb GDDR5 OC @ 1150 MHz core + 1575 x 4 memory

Triple channel DDR 3 12gb RAM 1600 MHz

I need to stop playing Godus, there isn't even anything to really do at this point... It's so pointless, I am just flattening out land and giving myself RSI. BUT I CAN"T STOP AND I DON"T KNOW WHY!!!!

Save me Peter Molydeux, Peter Molyneux's evil has infected my very soul.

Hi I'm new here and I would like to have assistance with my computer that i recently tried to upgrade as there is currently no signal displayed from the monitor.
My specs are "Asus CM6730-UK004S Desktop PC (Intel Core i5-3330 3.0 GHz,8gb ram , 500HDD,
DVD-RW, Wi-Fi ,6-in-1 card reader, 2x USB 3.0 ,windows 8)"
Psu :Corsair builder series CX500 Watt ATX
Gpu: Palit gtx650ti boost 2GB Gddr5
My old gpu GeForce gtx 240 displays but the Palit gtx650ti boost won't display.
Just to be clear the Palit gtx650ti boost works on my brothers Alienware x51 fine.
Also my graphic card fan spins.

Thanks

I wonder is the next generation is the last generation of consoles.

While i know the internet is the future of gaming, the thought of not going into a gaming store looking for a hidden gem, overlooked game or great deal saddens me.

This is the Game of Thrones

So with the 240, your PC works fine and the 650 works when used on another PC, but when you put the 650 on your PC it doesn't work?

It's weird indeed.

Both cards are Nvidia so drivers should bother you and your power supply should be more than enough for your needs.

I'm sorry but I'm affraid that I can't help you .

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

when you have the 650 installed try connecting the monitor to the intergrated graphics on your mobo (should have one). Also what monitor are you using?
