I wish someone made a soulslike game that didn't make you depressed just by looking at it. Do what Titan Quest did to the 'diablolike' genre (only for Grim Dawn from largely the same developers to later revert back to the gloomy aesthetic).

Not quite what I had in mind, but that's on my wishlist (of 1700+ games). I had no idea it was a soulslike though, but I suppose it is then.

Oh, the guy who boycotted Asus (for a very short time). This guy also just copies everyone else after it has been in the news for ages already.

That's a limited edition card, with a price to match, but not the topic of the discussion. The rumor, real or fake, was about most 5090 GPUs, not just special models.

Oh, and just for the sake of it, there are 5090s that cost a fair bit more than that. A quick check at the most expensive cards at Newegg (since the rumor was cards costing $5000), resulted in this:

For context, the cheapest one is around $3300.

I'm not Jay's biggest fan, I still remember how he complained about AMD's RX 6000 reference cards for having red accents, but I wouldn't be as harsh as you about him. He's trying to grow his channel and do more things and, for that, it's not a bad idea to follow the same path as other reviewers do.

Modded Cyberpunk hits a new benchmark:

Looking forward to seeing more games at this fidelity, though if hardware prices don't come back down to earth it may take a while.

@TallSilhouette

My son is completely enamored with this sort of approach to gfx - I personally, can't stand it.

I can get behind those realistic graphics in some titles, like racing games, but overall, I prefer to keep them a bit further away from photoreralistic graphics. It helps me to immerse in fantasy games and makes shooters less gruesome.

But well, that's clearly running on a 5090 at the very least (and who knows how other parts of the game look, likely not as good or smooth) so we won't be getting these kinds of visuals anytime soon.

So, Steam revealed the winners of the Steam Awards (here's the list), and it turns out that 6 of the titles I voted for have won their category.

I don't know if I should feel proud of my good taste or ashamed at how unoriginal I am.
