Have experience with that too, although not with my PC... I think there was a grounding issue at my previous place, but I also don't think fixing it resolved the issue completely. I also love it if I put my PC to sleep and get up too quickly, it might wake up from sleep mode without touching anything. I guess I'm making an earthquake and something shakes just a little bit to start the PC? Anyway, I just hate these little nuisances. It's 2025 and we still can't even determine when devices should be powered.

That would piss me off so much lmao

I...though unplug all my devices when I dont use them....

Edit: only thing I left unplug is my router.
