AMD's claims for their AI 300 chips versus Lunar Lake are highly suspect. It seemed like they were finally getting back to putting out honest performance estimates with the 9800X3D. Now they are back their shenanigans again. Someone should really clue their marketing team in on the fact this nonsense has the opposite effect of what is intended.

Unfortunately the installers don't support Windows 98. I guess I will have to rely on archive.org.
