Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Good good

Yeah. Its nice they're taking the hardware seriously with compatibility. Even though most games on the store will most likely load on there, a lot will be a sub optimal experience. Will make it so much easier for people to figure out which games work best to ones that don't.

Sorry.

Not exactly fake news, it seems to be more of a bug or oversight.

"If you have previously linked your Steam and Epic accounts, however, yes, you will get a web browser prompt upon launching any of the three games, asking you to permit Epic access to your online game data. If you click cancel on this prompt, you will not be able to reach the title screen of any of the games." Source

I hope they add these infos to the normal Steam client. Would be great to create a dynamic collection with deck-compatible titles.

EGS is like a virus that keeps spreading even on shit that doesn't make any sense to have.

Even though SE did fix the issue (it legit did require you to sign in with an Epic account on godamn Steam for a short time), I still think it's a sign of scummy shit to come and a big "yoohoo, I'm getting into this big ass bed with epic" notion.

I think I'm done with SE at this point though, because I know FF VIIIR is gonna be exclusive as well, and that pretty much makes the 3 strikes mark for me and I really fucking dislike EOS being injected into any games on Steam (I know what it can do and what it means, but I'd rather it just fuck off entirely).

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

Impressive chips and efficiency or so they say.

Minecraft Platypus mod is my new favourite egg-laying mammal
https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/minecraft-platypus-mod-is-my-new-favourite-egg-laying-mammal/
There's a cartoon called Phineas and Ferb that has an excellent song about a platypus called Perry. It says "he's a furry little flatfoot who'll never flinch from a fray" and "he's got more than just mad skill—he's got a beaver tail and bill." Perry the Platypus is the tribute these unique mammals deserve, and now our web-footed burping friend has been modded into Minecraft.
You can pick up the mod, which has the rather straightforward name of 'Platypuses in Minecraft!', over at Curseforge, and it does add platypuses. Yes they are amazing looking, and the mod was created by Your_Jeans and a friend.

Valve has released a new beta patch for Half-Life 2, HL2: Episode One and Half Life 2: Episode Two. This new beta patch adds Vulkan support to the game, meaning that these HL2 games no longer use/feature the DirectX API.
>> While this update fixes a lot of things, it sadly adds micro-stutters. I'd wait for the final release, when that's also fixed.
