Part two of the Tuesday news:

Hearthstone designer explains how 'most players' will be better off under new rewards structure
https://www.pcgamer.com/hearthstone-designer-explains-how-most-players-will-be-better-off-under-new-rewards-structure/
The current leadership on the Hearthstone team aren't afraid to shake things up in a major way, as the release of Demon Hunter—the game's first new class since launch—showed. It also demonstrated that things aren't always balanced perfectly out of the gate, so when a survey went out recently suggesting a battle pass-style revamp, players reacted in a calm and measured way.
Just kidding: they freaked out on Reddit. Though Blizzard did confirm a 'major rework' of the game's reward structure is in the cards, game director Ben Lee waded in to explain that the new system would maintain the value players can currently earn in-game. Unsurprisingly, that hasn't entirely quietened the waters, and so game designer Dean 'Iksar' Ayala has had another go.

Multiple employees resign over Skullgirls studio head's behavior
https://www.pcgamer.com/multiple-employees-resign-over-skullgirls-studio-heads-behavior/
On July 3, Skullgirls developer Lab Zero Games said it would make a statement about lead designer Mike Zaimont, who had been accused of making inappropriate comments toward two people in the fighting game community. That statement never came, but according to multiple employees, an internal investigation took place which revealed a bigger pattern of inappropriate behavior from Zaimont. As a result of that investigation, at least three employees have resigned from Lab Zero.

Borderlands 3's next DLC will stick you in some dude's head
https://www.pcgamer.com/borderlands-3s-next-dlc-will-stick-you-in-some-dudes-head/
Borderlands 3's fourth expansion will cram you and your co-op pals inside the mind of a possibly familiar character—at least if you used the Borderlands 2 Psycho DLC. It's Krieg, who I am informed is apparently the "most badass psycho of them all." Take a gander at the reveal trailer above.

Cyberpunk 2077 will have adjustable text sizes, but there's still a way to go on accessibility
https://www.pcgamer.com/cyberpunk-2077-devs-confirm-adjustable-text-sizes-but-theres-still-a-way-to-go-on-accessibility/
It's one of my biggest gripes with a lot of modern games, especially RPGs—the insistence on keeping text sizes, whether in subtitles or in-story documents, to a minuscule minimum. (...)
Happy days then, since CD Projekt Red has confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 will feature adjustable text sizes for its subtitles. In response to a fan on Twitter who expressed concern about the legibility of subtitles text in recent game-play previews—a sentiment echoed by others—the Twitter account allayed those fears, confirming that both the size and colour of subtitles will be adjustable.

So in laymans terms : engine/coding troubles indeed

Yeah, games also behave differently when tabbing out.

Most of them pause the game, some of them keep running in the background, a few of them pauses the game but not the sound...

Just went to r/pcmasterrace and almost all of the builds there have AOI liquid cooling. Is someone going around and recommending them? Or is it just because it looks cooler in an RGB build? Should I go AIO for my next build?

Probably RGB build as the best air coolers don't have RGB like Noctua. Plus some of the AIO coolers even have OLED displays for gifs and animation.

Personally though, I am off of the AIO train. Too noisy compared to Noctua. I might go full white for my next build though.

You can, but don't say it too loud or someone could hear you.

Oh, it's real!

A shame the pic doesn't show the full chip so we can't speculate on its size, but we'll have other pics beofre the reveal.

I'm looking into AIO coolers right now and it seems they have come a long way. My next build is also gonna be all white.

Watched this video from GN to get a bit more info on what's currently going on.

I'm pretty sure that at some point I said that I will never ever let liquid cooling into my PC but right now I'm seriously considering it. I'd of course go for a 360mm CLC to get better cooling and lower noise. The NZXT Kraken series seems to beat out even Noctua in both noise and cooling. Sadly it doesn't come in white, though neither does Noctua.

There is one white cooler which is only slightly worse than the best coolers. Deepcool Castle 360EX

It's gonna be that one or NZXT Kraken X63 or the Silverstone Permafrost PF360.
