I hear the game is not that good, but for that price I can forgive a little lack of polish....
On the other hand it will probably be even cheaper in the upcoming Steam sale... Or better games will be even cheaper.

Go play Wolverine: Origins if you haven't already. That game was actually pretty good.

If it was on steam I would probably get it. But I can't be fucked looking for a physical copy so fuck that game. I do actually like old action games so being dated isn't a terrible thing on it's own...

but does it have the awesomeness of Deadpool.
Depending on who wrote the game... Deadpool could be worth it even if the gameplay completely sucks.
That said i'm waiting for it to drop to 5-10 bucks.

If you're a fan of Deadpool, you can get past the tedious gameplay. If not, then I don't recommend it.
