Forums - Microsoft - Breaking news! MS loses all 3rd party support after announcement of no DRM...

Absurd claim right.... But apparently that's what was going to happen to Sony when DRM for XB1 was still intact.

So since Sony lost all support from announcing no DRM and Nintendo never had 3rd party support because they never had DRM this means one thing... Every game steambox exclusive.

Around the Network

It never was, because the crazy budgets of next-gen games rely on having as wide of an installed base as possible unless specifically paid off to be exclusive.

uh...I dont get it, so does this mean exclusives for PS4 :O?

No, Sony already lost all 3rd party support from announcing no DRM to begin with... that only leaves Nintendo... but they never had DRM (and since they never had DRM they never had 3rd party support)... so Steam exclusives confirmed

That's what I was saying back then, but do those people read what they ever claim?

There aren't many 3rd party exclusives to begin with.

Some games announced as exclusives weren't likely to stay exclusive either.

change the thread title, make it a question or something. It is a misleading title right now...

This thread and thread title are ban-worthy.

Shame on you for having such poor taste.

No it isn't. Haven't you heard? We can spout speculation, opinion, denial, sweeping generalizations and ignorance as fact. The thread title reflects fact. I have however changed the OP to reflect the intended tone of the thread more

If that's so everyone claiming the same when Sony announced no DRM should have been banned.

I'm not going to spend time explaining to you why the thread title, it's contents and the actual situation simply don't make sense when put together, because I have very little faith in your comprehension skills after that reply.
