Forums - Gaming - Tekken Producer Hopes Everyone Forgot about Tekken X Street Fighter [rumor]

Tekken series producer doesn’t want to make Tekken X Street Fighter, saying that he hopes people have forgotten about it so he doesn’t have to produce the title.

Some hackers broke into Harada’s online journal through a flaw on this smartphone, and what they found was interesting to say the least.

It has been around six months since I stopped working on Tekken X Street Fighter. Rarely do I get asked about the title. Even my supervisors have stopped asking. If I can continue to never make a mention of the game, maybe I won’t have to produce it. That would be good.

Tekken X Street Fighter has been rumored to be in development hell. Cross over games are not easy to do. And Harada probably wants to work on his own baby (Tekken) than worry about a Cross over game that isn’t really needed.

When i first heard about this game i was some what excited to see another good fighter but that was a while ago, honestly i did forget about it. were you still looking forward to it?

Same here. lazy prick.

I didn't forget about it but seeing that I'll be playing Killer Instinct in 5 months I don't care anymore. Only fighter I'm hyped for beyond KI is MK10.

SF X Tekken had potential they really made the tekken character play well in a street fighter esqe way...buy then the mechanics failed horrobly...

I'm a Street Fighter fan and I was looking forward more to Tekken X Street Fighter than SFxT. That's pretty sad when you consider that Tekken is my least favorite major fighting game series.

Damn wtf Harada I needed that game.

Actually he posted this on his twitter
Katsuhiro Harada ‏@Harada_TEKKEN 11h
@Ajakati 「キャンセルされていない」って何度も言ってます。I said "TKxSF is not canceled" MILLION TIMES. Thank you for not reading my twitter and believing a rumor.

@KylieDog

People actually liked SF EX? It's like the CD-I Zelda games in Street Fighter form.

@Mad55

I just saw this over at Eventhubs

Street Fighter Ex was awesome. I rented everyone of them.
