I don't know if you read the full post, so I'll mention it again: The Xbone has proprietary jacks, meaning that any headsets you currently have won't work with it (same way Sony has proprietary memory cards for the VITA). This means MS can charge a premium for average headsets, that'll work only with the Xbone.

and sony fanboys have always bitched about paying for online and bashed xbox gamers for it and now guess what happened? Now sony fanboys gotta pay and they are accepting it because sony is doing it. They claim it's worth it because of psn plus but it sucks that you loose the "free" games if you stop paying for plus. I dont know where you got the exclusive thing but exclusive games are a good thing to gamers. I will buy a system if it has a few or a million exclusives. Quality is first for me, you can make 100 exclusives but most are probably crap. Cloud computing has been stated from developers that it does benefit games. Sony fans are now praising RAM lol after sony announced GDDR5, RAM is not the only feature for games. Everybody does this but IMO i've seen alot more sony fans doing it.

Maybe kinect works fine for game chat now. There's some real fancy audio processing hardware in xbox.

Which albeit not ideal, isn't going to upset too many people. Though I suspect the adapter will be anywhere from $19.99-$29.99. Many will say this is neglible, I would agree if I wasn't so sick of Microsoft nickel and diming me as they always have.

Whoa whoa whoa, wait wait wait. The X1 doesn't come with a headset?

I came in here to say that I thought the X1 headset looked way sturdier/better than the PS4's headset (which I still think is true)....but the PS4's headset is free/comes with the system. I have to go with Sony since they are giving it out for free.

Wow I am really surprised that MS isn't including a headset, I think thats not the best decision. I think it hurt the PS3 community because many people don't talk.
