yeesh, i'm no fan of nazism but making thoughts and ideas crimes is scary.
bad ideology should be fought with better ideology not with prison and fines.
I completely okay with sending to jail for a short period of times people who legitimate any racist ideas.
The problem is the slipery slops toward censorship.
But I think we can agree that Nazi ideas specifically or neo-nazi should be sent to prison
Germany and Austria have similar laws

even a democracy can't tolerate parties that propose drastic changes to the constitution, to civil rights and the political system
it's been shown that democracy is a pretty fragile thing and it's worth protecting, although that might hinder the development of even better forms of government
Bet they're cool with Stalin's inhumanities though. Ah, the sweet scent of hypocrisy.
