Not that I want to be the first person to reply with sincerity to this post, but just to clarify, my threads (which you've basically, steathily called me a troll using my title) are not trolling. They are a sarcastic observation as to why we are suddenly questioning all of our metrics simply because the new xbox has done away with them. Suddenly, used games are the end of the industry, suddenly, people who buy used games are parasites. Suddenly, everyone should have internet, and suddenly, all games should have multiplayer. Suddenly, people who don't want a camera are people doing illicit activities, and suddenly, drm is the future. Suddenly, games are cheaper with drm (despite not being true this entire generation), and suddenly ebay and amazon don't help anyone.

This was my beef in my past two threads. Soon enough, suddenly, we won't even need to be catered to anymore, because games are niche and an increasingly smaller demographic.

No, no I knew you were kidding, it's more to do with the trend than with you. I just used your title as part of illustrating my observation, i'm not saying you're a troll. I also understand your beef.

Too many people are trying to act like him because they think he is so cool.  Time we knock the bad gnome down to Earth by reminding him again that he will never see another Earthbound.

You basically said "all the means possible to distinguish a gimmick from other gimmicks". =P

Wii was a fad and the remote was a gimmick is the general stance among some users.
