You know this is a very ethnocentric way of thinking. Just because you and Ethomaz don't see anything wrong from YOUR point of view, doesn't mean there aren't problems. Hell, even if it seemed like the whole world didn't see problems with these things, there will always be at least some population that sees these decisions as bad for the console

Problem: No clear attempt to help third party developers.
Let's face it, Used games are a problem. Well, not really used games, but the used games market. None of these profits go to developers, so devs lose out on so much deserved revenue.  And what about the ability to just recklessly lend discs to friends? Or how Sony provides extra digital licenses that gamers ignorantly share with one another?  All these things really hurt the developers.
Clarity: This isn't a problem, you are a consumer, not a corporation! What are we supposed to do, just give devs more money for making forgettable games that nobody wants to keep in their collection? I mean, I understand how sharing games can definitely lose devs money, especially when it's as easy as just passing a disc around a dozen people, but if devs want this money, they need to make games that people want to play constantly.

Dude, the problem isn't the used game market. No one was complaining about it 10 years ago. The serious problem is the current business model, with games having huge budgets and needing to sell millions to break even, a game like RE6 selling millions and still dissapointing the dev.

That, my friend is a serious problem which can destroy the industry. Many devs went bankrupt the previous gen but nothing has been done about it with the next gen.
