True.  But what I mean is are they taking the sales from the two days for the week ending the 15th and estimating for the a full week?  But if this 1.3 million is for just the first 2 days alone then the actual first week will be even higher than 1.3 million.

True.  But what I mean is are they taking the sales from these two days and estimating for the actual full week?  But if this 1.3 million is for just the first 2 days alone then the actual first week will be even higher than 1.3 million.

idk how it does its data, but i know they consider its first week not by its first 7 days on the market, but the amount of days it was in that particular week, meaning next weeks data will be from the 8th to the 15th. which indicated that it only counts the first two days of the game on sale.

thats how all game sales are tracked on here. this just shows how big the first day of sales really is

it is crazy. if these numbers are true than these numbers are crazy as well. we are talking about a new IP, that focuses on an emotional story about a little girl, in a genre that sells good, but never crazy numbers, on a single platform, and on a platform that is in its last year and the game is released after E3 where everybody is talking about next gen consoles and this game managed to sell in its first week the same as uncharted 3, a VERY well known and established franchise. again, if these numbers are true, then this is CRAZY

I expect them to release shipped data sometime soon.  They did with Uncharted 3 when it released.  If it sells really well they will want it known.

didnt you hear? those 3.8 million shipped numbers arent true because a lot of fanboys couldnt accept that uncharted was that big. it barely sold any of those copies because people on forums said otherwise
