Better stop or you'll get reported to the office!!!  I am trying to have the mods treat Xbone the same as SDF, NDF, and MDF.  There is really no reason to call it that!!!

unfortunately the site had become more pro-Sony everytime.  Look at the poll and you'll see all the MS and Ninty bashing going on the thread.  People here are fools if they think Sony won't implement some sort of DRM.  They copied MS's charging for LIVE, which many here were so critical of; but don't here a peep about Sony charging for P+.  Anyways, I don't want to remove the poll only take out the option of themselves as it really is getting out of hand.  I think people are voting twice as no way could the results be that one-sided!!!   

The thing I find ridicoulous about this thread is not Xbox beating everybody in sales but kicking PS and Ninty out of the industry ... I mean Nintendo lost their marketshare with the n64 and GC and look at them here they are , alive and kicking ... there is no way somebody is going to get kicked out of the industry in a generation ...

MS is either going to do really good, or really bad with the One. It could do really good, if it sells as a DVR, and gets casual people to play Dance Central and such more often, but at the same time it could do really bad because they are trying to copy steam, and failing as a DRM.

I'm inclined to say, very bad, but I'm a "hardcore" gamer, I'm biased towards aspects of the One targeted towards gaming.

So what we might see, is a split in the casual audience between the Wii/One, and Sony gets the bulk of "core" gamers. If that happens, I think Sony will come out on top, but I dunno who will do better, the One or WiiU....

Nope.  Sorry, Playstation brand (just like Nintendo...nothing wrong with it) is still considred by many as just a glorified toy and not a true all in one entertainment brand that MS is clearly marketing the Xbox brand!!!

Posters like this and JusSayian truly make me believe that the Xbot crowd is at least 10-20 IQ points behind the rest of gamers.. Not to say that PS4 gamers have above average intelligence, just that Xbot gamers are below average. Anyway this is just my opinion of course, and what I have observed.

Thanks for being level headed in your response Michael-5.  I would like to ask if we can have Xbone treated the same way as calling someone fanboy or the same mannerism as SDF, MDF, NDF as it really is meant to troll or flame the person who is inclined to go for the system.  A person could easily call it X1, XB-1, or XBox-one.  Allowing people to call it Xbone is really letting people troll the console...in all fairness.

what's wrong with the name Xbone? It's just a shortened name (also sounds alot better as a name then Xbox One)
