An weather app by a friend that is getting very nice reviews. From the description:

I usually just google the forecasts as I'm lazy but i'll give this a shot.

Update: Very nice, pinned it to my start screen.

Remember is a beta release, improvements are on the way but he touts it as the only true real time weather forecast not based in predictions and actual private data... I don't own a windows phone, just spreading the word here.

I'll try it...though when I want to know what the weather is like I usually just look out the window :)

 

Update: Yep, installed it and pinned it to my start screen.  Now when I look out the window and see that it is raining I can confirm the fact on this app. Wait...what?
