Today XBLA hit an important milestone thanks to two special Friday releases, Fireburst and Storm. These new titles have boosted the XBLA library to a total of 600 games. The image above shows every game to release on the platform from the beginning. What’s more amazing is that only a year ago the 500 game milestone was hit, when Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown and Bang Bang Racing released June 6, 2012.

And right now I'm playing Shadow Complex! =D

Some great games there, probably the main reason I bought a 360.

XBLA has such a fantastic lineup of games, it really adds a lot of depth to the 360's already deep lineup of AAA blockbusters from both 1st and 3rd parties.

And shame that these titles won't carry over to the ONE.

Thank God I wasn't planning on getting rid of the 360!

If anyone ever wanted to argue exclusives... All you have to do is point to that list. Its amazing how many fantastic games they put out on XBLA.

Castle Crashers, Shadow Complex, Trials, Minecraft, State of Decay, Marble Blast Ultra, and so many more. Unreal.

That's unfortunate, but MS seems to want to keep the 360 alive as a platform and I think it's too early to assume that they'll just abandon the 360.
