This isn't a problem or news worthy at all. It's exactly like PS3 and unlike Xbone You can buy a used game and play it offline as much as you want. You can then trade it in, resell it, give it away, whatever and however you like. MS is registering games to your account with a 24 hour mandatory check. Sony is not. There is a huge difference here and trying to say it's just like Xbone is far from the truth.

As probably has been posted multiple times. Jack Tretton meant DRM as online passes only and GT assumed he meant DRM as used game DRM without questioning it. It was clarified later on by another journalist that actually asked what Jack meant about DRM and they found out that DRM meant online only and PS4 is for sure not going to block used games ever.
