I agree with the bottom two, and let's try the tourneys again tomorrow because they record to points, and use the suggestion I made above.

If such doesn't work, we can try friend rooms next time and there's no great loss.

Don't worry about it! Wasn't your fault as it woulda auto-started in 15 seconds anyway! Yeah another problem with tourneys is how they auto-start even faster than MK7's communitys. I thought being able to join the tourney early would aleviate this issue, but as we saw it'll put us into different groups, and if a group already started and you join them, they'll finish their number of races before you.

Rol, you are being ridiculous. Both of us practiced this yesterday and you agreed that this was the best option. I was waiting on your opinion over this and that's what we both decided on. However, it didn't work as planned, like at all.
We will have to figure something else for next week because this did not work.

That's pretty muuch how I thought it'd work. Everyone join early, have a few practice races and then get going when we hit the start time. 

Alas, we know now. Just need to be better organized (clearer instructions, changing the thread title, posts in the thread when to go in as I do with my MK7 tourneys) I suppose! 

Still we can try things out tomorrow I suppose. Depending on how many there are, I'll split into two smaller groups and give one person the go-ahead to create that community and join the, depending on who it is and how many there are. I'll be going now, but it seems like things should hopefully be smoother for next time

Going with the tournament rooms meant that the point about dividing people into two groups still stood. You also ignored to set up a room for proper finals and another room for the lower skilled players.

I definitely set up a proper finals room but since everything did not work I decided not to post it. It's there, I have the code, but nothing worked as planned. I didn't want the finals to be screwed up as well. What does it matter if I did, though? That wouldn't fix the problem we are currently having, Rol.

Edit: You are right I didn't post groups, and that's my fault. I should've done it last night but people kept dropping out and joining in so I didn't have a complete and final group. I'm very sorry about that.
