Exactly how does this work? Is it the full game? (SP and MP) or just parts of it or what? I keep hearing different stories.

Tretton said you get the "PS+ edition of Drive Club". So it will be limited in some way.
This could be a troubling trend for PS+. On PS4, maybe instead of full fledged retail titles, you get trial versions of them. Limited "PS+ versions". Then maybe they give you a discount to buy the full game.
Or, maybe this is how they handle PS+ for a few years on PS4 so they can build up a library of games they can then offer for free.

Normally it's once a month, 3 games a month on ps3
But on ps4 it will be 1 game a month from the word go. But it can be either "AAA" or Indie

There was some mention of a new PS4 game coming to PS+ each month after the PS4s release. Three indie games (I think) were mentioned so far.

I imagine the flops are first to go on PS+.
On the Vita I think you got access to PSP games. Maybe they'll give PS4 users access to PS2 and PS3 games on teh cloud.

In EU we got Vita games only and like on the ps3, a few of them were given to ps+ the exact day they were released (e.g Thomas was Alone, Velocity Ultra HD)
