Sony's press conference continues to amaze me at how much they have matured and are able to laugh at themselves for previous mistakes/E3 embarrassments.
Everyone of course remembers the "historically accurate" enemy crab battles from the 2006 E3 conference. Check out the very subtle reference to this at 34:45 in the 2013 conference.
It's small references such like this that Sony continues to hold a grasp on me as a gamer. I feel like they're talking directly to us as gamers, as apposed to Microsoft seemingly talking to us as consumers. Kudos to Sony for keep their priorities straight. A small catch, yes, but an important one in taking a step in the right direction.
