That would be kinda fun.  There aren't that many people who play with Samus around here sadly so seeing a really good one would be neat.

So why use Samus?

The same reason why i 2nd her in melee.I call it "Free damage".

 UP+B

In brawl and melee people would try and attack you and what would u do? Shield grab right? Well what if its a marth that attacks u witht the tip of his sword......you cant grab him cause hes out of range, right? Well samus has ways around that. The moment the foe attacks your shield.......press UP+B and it wil suck them in for about 10-14% damage. It works on ALL characters.

Zair

 Another thing that is "free damage" is the Z-air. Zair= press Z while in the AIR with samus and she will shoot her grapple. It only does 4% damage but its 3.5 times longer than marths sword. this can be used to keep foes away from you if they are characters like metaknight,pit,sheik,falcon....ect. You can also leap off the stage and hit peopl with it to make then lose thier 2nd jump.....i personly love that aspect of Zair. But perhaps the best thing about Zair is that it has ZERO lag once u use it and touch the ground immediatly after. You can do things like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cr44ZWwR348

Projectiles

Obviously people would assume this is samus's MOST IMPORTANT aspect. In brawl if you use an attack more than 3 times in a row, it starts to do less damage. Well samus's projectiles DO NOT suffer from this if you throw in a random move every once in a while. A homing missle will always do 5% damage. Super missle will always do 10%. Fully charged blast will always do 25%. Also, as with all projectiles, projectiles add pressure on the opponent. It forces them to come to you, which always puts u at the advantage because they are now in the range for Zair.

ALl of that is why i main samus in brawl. the only problem i have with her is that she has low priority and she is low tier.

i put u on the defeated list cause your MAIN failed to beat mine majority. if you are including ALL possible battles then u got those.

So what's the big deal about having a "main?"  I don't have one...

Well in GENERAL. Your MAIN is some one who you have put the most time into, the one who you feel the best with, the who u would use when "it came down to it" in a tournament setting. 98% of all players in ssb/ssbm/ssbb have a main. The only person who did not have a main is AZEN. He literaly would wina  tourey with low tier luigi then turn around and win a  tourney with marth and then decide next month he wants to win with pikachu. Hes the ONLY one on earth that does not have a main and can still win or place high in tournaments.

Also, people who arnt in it to win or arnt attending tournies or dont want to get good will use "everybody".

I dunno.  I think you're taking the game far too seriously.


Of course, maybe I just lack the competitive streak that so many people around here seem to have... ^_^
