Don't count Riot out just yet.

Part of the bet is that I have to use Snake who is a character I've used maybe 8 times total.   iclim4 thinks very highly of my Snake skills though I'm not quite so confident in them.

It really is an interesting bet.  I'll give it my best shot, but with a character I almost never play with... it's going to be very rough going on my end.

Some advices:

-Never use Side-Smash (unless on a vulnerable opponent) and Down-Smash.

-Never use F-Air and D-Air.

-Never use N-Air if you are outside of the platform.

-Hopping + B-Air/U-Air is a winning combination.

-Snakedash as much as you can.

-Don't forget to use your grenades. They are useful to get opponents off guard.

-Killing moves: U-Air, B-Air, Tilt-A (all of them) and Neutral A 

-Nikita is a great edgehog. Don't try to edgehog yourself.

-In the moment you are sent off flying from the platform, use the Cypher as soon as you can.

eh, I didn't deserve anything. I was acting like an idiot most of those matches and screwing around.

-Snakedash as much as you can.  Of course.  It works better on certain opponents than others.

-Don't forget to use your grenades. They are useful to get opponents off guard.  Yep.  You can actually do some fun grenade dropping stuff too though I wind up blowing myself up as much as the enemy doing that.  I'd need to practice to get the hang of it.

-Killing moves: U-Air, B-Air, Tilt-A (all of them) and Neutral A  Neutral A is the only one that has problems since the initial punch hits high it's harder to use on some characters.  Also you can chain the Tilt-A's knee if you're good enough.  That's pretty fun.

-Nikita is a great edgehog. Don't try to edgehog yourself.  I like using the Up + A to edge hog.  If they're coming up or down it's likely they'll get hit.  Nikita isn't bad as well so maybe I'll try it a bit more.

-In the moment you are sent off flying from the platform, use the Cypher as soon as you can.  Gotta be careful with that, you're not protected the whole way on that so you can get knocked out of it. 


Most of it is stuff I learned the first time I played with Snake, but it's still good advice none-the-less.

Uh, not sure if it's a glitch or not, but whenever I try to join Tao's games (It says he is Brawl(Waiting) by the way) I get sent into a match with no one, and it says rules change on top then two people appear. It says Brawling before I pick my character, and then when they finally finish, it says I am "Unable to Join." I don't know what's going on, I tried this with Riot, it said he was Brawl(Waiting) as well...

it will say waiting if they are already playing, and you have to wait with the sandbag until they finish and allow you join. Riot and I were playing 1 on 1 but i will play you later.
