Ness, Yoshi, and Kirby are back up in power from Melee. None are quite as monstrous as they were in the original, but they're much better. Zelda's Din's Fire went from semi-useful/useless to "OMG WTF!?" Most of Zelda's normal moves were powered up or at least kept the same. Sheik's daggers are better too. Even Bowser is now usable in Brawl.

So I do talk about non-nerfy things about Brawl, it's the nerfy things that bother me the most. Peach's many nerfs bother me since I really like her in Melee. Sheik's original godly "YOU DIE NOW" aerial chop is no longer quite as powerful. You get the idea.


Well in my defense, I haven't really heard you speak about how those characters are a lot stronger compared to melee save for Zelda... I should lurk moar!
And Bowser is a monster in brawl, literally and figuratively speaking, scary ass opponent.

And yes, I like the way you think .
We'll even introduce taxes and "protection" plans.
Maybe even a "we have your back" deal where we help out our clients in fanboyish debates.
We'll make millions!
Soon we buy our own topic forum.
Bribe the mods, even plant some of our own for modship.
Afterwhich, we accidentally ban ioi and all his loyal mods, effectively overthrowing ioi from his seat as "VGC GOD".
Bwahah, I can taste the power.

I really like Bowser but even more so than some other characters he needs a lot of precision to use since he's such an easy target for every attack (being so big).

Our own forum section would be neat.  I'd make a Brawl section.  ^_^

We should kindly ask the mods, I'm sure some of them are dog lovers.
Maybe make a petition for ioi and all his hardworkig underappreciated wonderful mods, He is our "VGC GOD" now and always.

Out of the giant characters (DK, King DDD, charizard, etc)
I find Bowser the most threatening.
Probably because of that Samus Bowser and Zelda Bowser matches we had.
No matter how much I attack,you just wouldn't die. =l

And I feel like we already have our own brawl section. ^_^

Hehehe.  I've had matches like that where no matter how far I seem to toss the enemy, it always comes back.  Bowser has a very nice horizontal recovery even if vertical is still pretty poor.

I think DK and Charizard are probably the best of the big characters, but it's just fun playing as Bowser.

Pit needs a dominate player to be cheap, though. With Pikachu, you can just pick FD and spam projectiles. Then, when someone gets close, you can use that thunder and smash he does. Pikachu is dominate no matter who's playing with him. Pikachu is a character that people use to hide their lack skills. That's how I see Pikachu.

Well if you want to get better as a player you need to learn how to overcome Pikachu as an opponent.
