Officialy late for work 2 days in a row due to late Brawl nights.

I'm pretty sure it was Event 25.  I completed the first 20 events before finishing SSE.

 The "official" tier lists are nearly universally considered to be those created by smashboards.com, the largest forum for competitive smash, by its "backroom" forum which only can be accessed by the top tournament players.  Smashboard's tier list is intended to reflect the capabilities of the characters played to the best of their current tournament metagame.  Thus, tiers won't be published until more brawl tournaments take place and the metagame which is still under going constant change due to new strategies and techniques being discovered and implemented, stops changes so rapidly as it approaches its final form.

Short answer - no time soon, at least a year.

I just used up 2000 coins in the coin launcher, and I ran across something. You can't have more than 9,999 coins, so if you hit that mark, use them up, since any more that you earn won't carry over. Also, you can only collect 99 trophies (or, at least the number only goes up to 99). So, when you have collected 99 trophies in one playthrough of the coin launcher, exit the mode, and then jump back in.

21 more rounds of All Star until I'm done with all the characters...
